For help, questions about your data, or a report about something shared in the community, write to [support@simplehouseplanner.com](mailto:support@simplehouseplanner.com). We read every message and answer within a few days.

## What to write about

-   **Help with the editor.** Say what you tried and what happened. A saved `.plan` file helps us to see the problem.
-   **Your account and your data.** Ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it. The [privacy policy](https://simplehouseplanner.com/privacy/) says what we keep. You can delete your account on your [account page](https://simplehouseplanner.com/account/).
-   **ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants.** Say which assistant you use and which plan it changed. You can disconnect an assistant on your account page. The [developer page](https://simplehouseplanner.com/developers/) describes the tools.
-   **Community reports.** Give the address of the plan or item that you want to report.
-   **Security problems.** Tell us what you found before you make it public, and we will work with you on a fix.
