Simple House Planner is free to use. There are no paid plans, no subscriptions and no AI credits.

## Limits

- An account holds up to 40 plans.
- The MCP server allows 120 calls a minute for each account or address.
- The public API allows 120 reads a minute for each address.

## Costs outside Simple House Planner

An assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude has its own plans and terms. They apply when you use it with Simple House Planner.
