About

Simple House Planner is a floor plan and house design editor that runs in your web browser and inside ChatGPT. You draw walls to scale, place doors, windows, stairs and furniture, stack floors under a roof, lay out the garden on a sloped site, look at the house in 3D with the sun of any date and lamps at night, render photorealistic images and 360° panoramas, and export the plan as an image, as PDF sheets to scale, or as DXF, DWG and IFC files for CAD and BIM programs. The editor is free to use.

In ChatGPT, Simple House Planner designs and changes plans with you while the editor shows each step beside the chat. Plans in your account open on any device.
